Salesforce job market is growing at an unprecedented rate. The numbers reveal that this demand is set to create 3.3 million jobs in the Salesforce ecosystem by 2022 — that’s a substantial leap from last year’s forecast of 1.9 million new jobs by 2020. Finding Salesforce talent is tuff, finding good Salesforce talent is looking for a needle in a haystack. But, what defines a good Salesforce candidate? And how does one judge?

The certification exams are used to test system knowledge, which is great, but they do not test other qualities such as analytical thinking, strategic planning or problem-solving abilities.

Here is how it works:

Open Salesforce Position

You decide to hire a Salesforce professional to strenghthen your team. You publish the position on several portals and start receiving applications.

Shortlist candidates

After sometime, you have a list of promising candidates whose skills you would want to test before you invite them for a face-to-face interview.

Assign challenges to candidates

Signup to SkillProof and start assigning challenges to the candidates. Use one of the predefined presets or create your own mix.

Candidate to complete Challenge Mix

The candidate gets 1 week to complete the challenges at their own leisure. They can even do the challenges in multiple sittings.

Analyze Code and prepare a ProofReport

The candidate's code will be analyzed . The emphasis will be on best practices, stability and coding styles. The code will be scored and a report will be available to download.

Face to face interview

Based on the report, you can selectively invite candidates for a face-to-face interview. Use the report during the interview to ask questions and understand their thinking process.
